Refund Policy

At 70% Off Eco Clean Tablets | Refillable Zero Waste (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free 60-day return and refund policy. This policy applies to all products purchased on our website, and we aim to make the return and refund process as simple as possible.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product(s) within 60 days of the delivery date. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if applicable). Returns that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund, and we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for such returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account (this varies by bank and payment method).

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Products that are returned without a valid RA number.
  • Products that are returned after the 60-day return period has expired.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, at your option. You will not be required to return the damaged or defective product unless we request it.

Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund within 5-10 business days. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above to receive a refund.
